I have done it all and specialize in translating all of it into layman's terms.

I have a B.A. in Creative Writing and Journalism; a B.Sc. in Cellular, Molecular, Microbial Biology; am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer; and, at one point, a licensed Realtor. I have also raised two boys as a single parent, one of them with a learning disability.

I am a print-published creative non-fiction, fiction and feature writer.

I believe we are all given everything we need: we just need to take the time to see it, feel it and be with it. Enjoy!
